These are wonderful heat patches. The waste band is large in both height and length, allowing me to use them for long periods of time, comfortable. It is a comfortable warmth, with the heat distributed evenly. Very easy to wrap around, secure waistband, and ease lower back pain.

They stay warm for a long time! I love that they don’t use adhesive to get them to stay put. They have straps with velcro so you can place them just about anywhere and not have residue left on your skin.They smell great and the warmth feels very nice and soothing. They seem to help a lot.

Soothing heat
These Mugwort pads give off soothing heat. I’ve used other Mugwort patches before and they typically have to be stuck on. This pad has a non-woven material that wraps around your body and has a hook-n-loop end where it attaches. This is nice because there is nothing sticking to your skin. There are 8 small sections of Mugwort embedded the pad itself. The heat lasts for hours. This is a good size and I like the soothing warmth from the Mugwort.

So expensive!
These work well and, if based on just my opinion on the design and effectiveness, I probably would give them 4 or 5 stars. However, I cannot for the life of me understand why a 10-pk of these heat patches costs almost SIXTY dollars! That seems nuts to me. I do like that these are designed to actually wrap around instead of using adhesive products to stick to the skin. Still, it doesn’t matter how much I like these, there is no way I could justify using them regularly because of the price. There are other heat patches in stores and online that are much more affordable and, once I have used these up, I will go back to using those.
