Good product and reasonably priced.
These are small and coated so they’re easy to take. I found out the hard way that iron should be taken with food. Other than that unpleasant experience they’re a good product and they’re working out well.

These successfully treated my iron deficiency.. I could tell by the way my splitting nails started looking better after a couple of weeks. They are vegan, gluten free, and cheap! Take them on a full stomach and with vitamin c for best absorption. I recommend taking breaks from them also as you don’t want to overload on iron. Beware though, they start to taste metallic after a while, like iron, which can be unpleasant.. I take them with lemon water or tea

Im going to say this works pretty well but be careful if you eat plenty of meat with this because you can get cystic acne. It happened to me. I would say it does help with energy levels during period days. I like this brand I always buy their probiotics.

Some folks complain about such nonsense ! The inner safety seal came off easily in one piece ! Yes I agree these are not capsules as the picture shows , they are tiny pills . And easy to swallow ! The bottle is large and the pills only take up minimal space but it’s no big deal ! I’m satisfied with my purchase !

Something is erong with my order , The box is lighter than its weight, and the number of pieces seems suspiciously low, as it does not fill more than 5%. I remember the previous box was different. Maybe this one has been tampered with — emptied and refilled? Could this be possible?
