Miracle product!
I love this product. I tried it for both cramps and shoulder muscle pain and it’s a miracle. I used to buy heat patches that only last a few hours and are heavy to wear, this is light and invisible. I leave it on for a day or two and the pain goes away.I highly recommend this product, I will be purchasing again.

Such a relief!
Highly recommend using them! I use them for various reasons – shoulder and lower back relief… and during my period. Compared to other products out there, I love Krampz because they feel light, I can cut them easily to apply in multiple places and forget they’re even there. They’ve quickly eased the soreness from my workouts. I also use them as a fast relief for cramps. I suggest using them a night before your period. I slept the entire night with them and definitely relieved the period cramping. I also love that they’re so easy to travel with!

Great for pain relief!
I recently bought Krampz and have had edometriosis for years. As someone who does not like to take pain relief medicine, these have proved to be exceptional for me! I also tried one on my low back which was amazing. They fact that they don’t hurt when you remove them, they are light so you forget they are there, and they last days, makes them worth the spend. I will be keeping these on hand regularly.

Was hopeful but patches did ZERO
I bought these based on the tons of positive reviews that were on here. I liked the idea of them lasting up to 3 days which is typically how long I experience pain during my time of the month. However, they did absolutely nothing for my pain. I took the first one off to take a shower and tried to place it back on but all of the adhesive was completely gone. I put another one on during the night and they did absolutely nothing for my pain. I’m really let down because I had high hopes I’d finally found something that would work.
