Iron & calcium compete for absorption, while vitamin D3 helps to aid absorption of calcium, so the targeted timing protocol maximizes impact & efficacy. Iron is taken in the morning, while calcium and vitamin D3 are taken in the evening.
Should I take these with food?
Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach, & our Iron+ includes Ferrochel iron (ferrous bisglycinate chelate), which is gentle on the stomach, but food is okay if needed. Calcium & vitamin D3 are well-absorbed with or without food.
Can I take this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Nice little set that comes with calcium, vitamin D, and iron. All of the vitamins that women need. They don’t need an aftertaste, and they’re easy to swallow.

Thoughtfully designed especially for women – effective
I love the Momentous brand. I trust the brand and use several of their supplements. I found out about them from one of my favorite Stanford neuroscientist that does podcasts. They are reputable and make quality supplements.This Women’s Three addresses common concerns for women: Iron, calcium, and vitamin D3.What is super impressive is the thoughtfulness of the trio for women designed by a woman for women. I love the box that tells you when to take these for optimal absorption.I especially love the calcium taken at night, I think this helps me sleep better. The Iron+ ( AM dose) I think does give me energy probably due to the full b complex. This also has vitamin C,and of course iron. The D3 ( pm dose) is in organic extra virgin olive oil and this helps the calcium absorb.I feel better since I have been taking these and will order again.

Works, but pricey
I’ve taken these vitamins consistently for about a month now. I have noticed an increase in energy, and my nails definitely grow faster(which I did not expect) which might be the calcium. The calcium pill is HUGE though, so if you have trouble swallowing pills that one is probably not for you. I also try to sell the iron one fast so as not to taste it in my mouth. The other one is fine, though.I think these are decent and do have some good short term effects. It’s a bit expensive and you can probably purchase the sum of the vitamins in these pills for cheaper than the whole thing. I don’t think I would purchase again, but I do appreciate the vitamins/plan it comes with.

Transparent and reputable supplements at a good value
Always weary of supplements but NSF certification is defusing and arguably a stronger endorsement than FDA. As for this particular mix, checks a number of boxes my doctor came back and recommended after some lab work and the individual dosage seems appropriate for my needs. Simple and effective brand and message based around a seemingly quality product from the looks of the rest of their catalog. Will keep an eye on subsequent lab work, but so far so good since taking these as needed.

These supplements have been the one stop shop for me. I suffer from heavy menstrual cycles and these supplements have been a great addition to my everyday diet. I take the supplements with food and water and they have never caused any stomach irritation for me, and I have a very weak stomach. Very high quality, easy to swallow, and comes with everything I need.

This is a great value for three very useful supplements that work together quite nicely. The ingredients seem to be high quality, the capsules are easy to consume, are basically odorless, and digest very easily, no negative effects. I really like that the iron pills also have B complex in them, making them even more beneficial. The other thing I noticed about them is that I don’t have any discomfort after taking them, which sometimes happens with iron pills, so these are fantastic for me. I’m really happy with this set, as it simplifies the process of obtaining multiple staple supplements, by providing a high quality all-in-one package at a reasonable price.
