Worked wonders for me!
Almost 6 months ago I decided to stop taking birthcontrol (pill) after 12 years of use. I was looking for something to help with coming off of the pill and to regulate my cycles as I have never had regular cycles. I found this product and within three weeks of stoping the pill I had a cycle and it was short and sweet. Fast forward to now my cycle is like clock work, very predictable flow, and little to no PMS symptoms. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Cured my debilitating cycle pain!!!
I don’t think I’ve ever left an Amazon review in my life, but this product has been such a game changer for me. My aunt had purchased a bottle, but wasn’t taking it anymore because of other health reasons so she gave it to me. I was dealing with symptoms almost identical to endometriosis, but was surgically checked and didn’t have it (debilitating cycle pain along with some other symptoms). I’ve been using it for a couple months. I just finished my first cycle in my life with no pain. I cannot believe that I actually found a cure without prescription drugs or surgery. I hope that this lasts long term. Just reordered, definitely worth a try.

I felt a noticeable difference in just 3 days! No lows, pmdd, exhaustion, depression. I read a lot of reviews saying women had to get off it it after a few months and that may be because they’re taking it the wrong way. My holistic doctor told me it only needs to be taken in the back end of your cycle when progesterone is needed, days 14 – 30. You dont need progesterone days 1-14! If you take it every day your body will produce more than what it needs causing terrible side effects. This product works when taken properly if you have low progesterone or a short luteal phase.

PCOS Symptoms SIGNIFICANTLY improved
I honestly cannot recommend this supplement enough for women with PCOS. I was diagnosed with PCOS almost 4 years ago when we were trying to conceive our daughter, but I’be had symptoms since I was in my teens. I had treated my symptoms with birth control, aldactone, and metformin. Even on those three prescriptions I had sporadic cycles, facial hair, ovulation pain, horribly painful periods, and breakouts. In the last year I have stopped all my meds (except metformin for my insulin resistance) and I’ve been doing my best treating PCOS with supplements, paleo eating, and Feldenkrais. After I started Feldenkrais I had five months of consistent cycles without birth control for the first time since my teens but my 6th cycle was close to 60 days so I was definitely off track. I had heard of Vitex berry when researching PCOS but I hadn’t tried it yet so I decided to give it a try because my skin was the worst that it had been since my teens and my period was MIA. Well, my skin started to improve within 4 days and I thought it was maybe a fluke (even though I was smack dab in the middle of an incredibly stressful time with my husband in the hospital with a severely broken leg, an injured dog at home, and an exuberant 2.5 year old) but within a week of starting this supplement I got my period, and today I am officially a believer because I just realized I have my period. I say realized because I had a 30 day cycle and I have had ZERO of the typical PMS symptoms that make my period awful. Typically I have terrible back pain and cramps that put me in bed on lots of Advil, and bad breakouts and today I went to the bathroom and actually laughed that I have my period. I feel nothing, my skin is mostly clear, and I don’t have crazy strong cravings. I am honestly in shock, this is the best period I can imagine having. This stuff is awesome. I am only on my 2nd bottle so I can only imagine how much better this is going to get. Seriously, just try it.I am a Vine reviewer and do often get items to review for free, but Vitex is not one of those items. I bought this myself and I will continue to buy it for as long as I see these incredible results. And anyway, all my reviews are true and unbiased. I can’t be bought that easily. 😜

I’m about to be 45yrs old and my cycle has been out of control for the last 4-5 years, extremely heavy and uncomfortable and my typical 28 day cycle is no longer the norm. I decided to get bloodwork done to check my hormones, as expected they are inconsistent as this is what perimenopause does to our hormones. So, down the rabbit hole I went, I started taking this Vitex, also got wild yam cream (to use on day 7 and on) and I also started intermittent fasting. I’ve immersed myself in books and podcasts (Fast like a Girl, Obesity Code etc) podcasts Dr Tabatha OBgyn and I can absolutely say that these changes have been incredibly positive. I just had my period after 27 days, it was 3 days of regular flow just like I’ve had pre-peri. I’ve lost 10lbs and I feel incredible. I’m now fasting 18-22 hours on average and 44-48 hours 1-2x a week, I give myself grace on weekends but don’t go crazy. I hope this helps other women who don’t know what is going on and conventional medicine may not be enough. Regarding this Vitex though, I believe this is very high quality ingredients and I am glad I made this decision.
