Raised My Ferritin Level
I tried five different types of iron before finding Three Arrows Simply Heme. It has been the best thing ever! Other types would cause stomach pain and inflammation. I have no side effects with Simply Heme and in four months my ferritin went from 10 to 65. There has been a noticeable slow down in hair loss and I feel more energetic. Excellent product!

Best tolerated iron!!
I have never been able to take prescription or over the counter iron without getting nausea or GI distress. I finally settled on prenatal vitamins with iron but it wasn’t enough to keep my iron up within normal range. A family member told me about the Simply Natural Iron capsule. It’s been two weeks and so far I’ve done great. No nausea. No constipation. If you have had any issues with other forms of iron, I highly recommend you try this one. I will review again after blood work is repeated.

I’ve been pregnant and/or nursing (sometimes both) for nearly the past five years. I’ve never had low iron and ate meat every day so I avoided prenatals with iron so as to not have stomach issues. Over the course of these years I developed insomnia that was getting worse with time. Nothing fixed it. I got my ferritin tested and it was 62.My TBCI was high though, which signaled that my body was still demanding iron. It wasn’t until my 3rd pregnancy, where I could barely peel myself off of the couch, that I started taking iron. I noticed improvement after a couple weeks, and once I ran out of the synthetic stuff I bought these. All of sudden, I’m walking around with energy and coherent thoughts, and, a huge surprise, I’m sleeping??? 7 trimesters in on my 3rd pregnancy and I feel good!Apparently some women in similar situations to me need higher levels of ferritin to get enough iron to the brain. I had no idea but I’m so happy I found this out. I really hope this review helps. If youre a woman who’s had multiple pregnancies, nursing in between, or heavy periods, and you have brain fog and insomnia, get your ferritin levels tested. Test before and during taking these, and try to keep it between 80 and 120, we need more than the normal baseline.

Vertigo and Dry Heaving
I hardly ever write reviews, and I think this might be the first negative review I’ve ever written, but I feel compelled to warn others about this product. This was a dangerous experiment for me. I took two capsules (big mistake) one morning on an empty stomach. This was about 8 am. I felt just fine. Around 12 pm (four hours later) I was feeding my toddlers lunch when I noticed a slight vertigo when I turned my head. Strange, but whatever. Over the next ten minutes, it rapidly worsened to the point where I asked my husband to clock out of work and watch the kids; I needed to lay down. I laid down for about 30 minutes, during which time I began to feel the rumblings of a diarrhea attack. I stood up to go to the restroom and found that I couldn’t keep my balance and my husband had to help me to the bathroom. At this point I was getting waves of intense nausea and began dry heaving while sitting on the toilet. This lasted until 9 pm that night. I seriously considered going to the ER until I read some of the other reviews and discovered I was not the first to experience this. Sounds like others had it less intense, but there’s no mistaking what caused it. The next two days I still felt sick with a migraine. I am terrified to even give this to someone else; it’s going in the trash.I wrote an email to the company with a very mildly worded description of what happened and a request for a refund, or at the very least, an explanation for why I and others may have had this reaction to their product. Nothing. No response. Sketchy to say the least. Take this at your own risk.

This truly works.
I recommend this to so many people. It truly works. It’s gentle on the stomach and actually made a huge difference in my ferritin levels. All other iron I couldn’t stick with and really never helped my low ferritin, but this has. It’s truly changed my life. My daughter, who is a runner, also has taken this on and off throughout the last few years and it has not only helped her feel better but also helped her running performance too.
