Convenient back relief
Oh my goodness this heated patch is good and works great for helping to alleviate my lower back pain that I get when my psyatica flares up, better than a heat compress in that this patch heats up on its own and its warmth lasts for hours, I like that it’s fast, easy and convenient to use, easy to read and understand directions, great to have on the go and fits in my purse, it’s as big as my whole hand, is constructed of semi, medium thick material, has good adhesion, just a little sad that these patches aren’t reusable, these are a decent value.

Easy to Use; Convenient; Help Ease Cramps
My granddaughter lives with me and each month it breaks my heart to see her in pain during her cycle. I saw these and felt they may help ease her pain and these are portable so can also take them to school with her. She absolutely loves these and asked if I would order her more. These work pretty well with helping ease her cramps and they are so convenient. The warming does not last a full 8 hours but they do last long enough to get her through her school days. They are super easy to use and discard after use. I highly recommend.
