LIFE CHANGING PATCHES
These patches were honestly LIFE CHANGING!As someone with both Endometriosis and PCOS, I’m usually down for the count every month on my period for at least a day or two. Now instead of being tethered to my heating pad or becoming a prune in a hot bath, I can now go about my day with so much ease!I’m guilty of taking a ton of advil to get rid of my cramps which is terrible for my liver and body. Now I don’t have to worry about any ingredients being passed through my stomach, liver, kidneys, etc., since the NATURAL ingredients go right through the skin to my bloodstream, which also means they work fast!They feel warm and smell like cloves (one of the natural ingredients) which reminds me of Christmas so that’s also a plus! I usually wear these for about two days before taking it off in the shower to help soften the skin. They stick great and don’t hurt when taking them off after they’re done delivering the meds through the skin (1-2 days)I also put them on various other parts of my body to treat aches and pains and it works wonders! My mom has used them when she threw out her back and my dad from when he broke his ribs, had shingles, and had a knee replacement (the man is prone to a hospital visit) and these patches helped in every situation!I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! I’ve started keeping extra on me just to have on hand to give out to my coworkers and friends in need of some pain relief!I’ve used other patches and they are essentially placebo stickers. Trust me when I say these are the real deal from an endo girly herself!

ViaPatch Comfort Menstrual Pain Relief Patches –
These patches provide a bit of relief, are easy and discrete to use, and they last a good while. They stick well without causing any irritation for me and were simple to remove when the time came. Bit pricey but they do work if you have milder cycles! I’m in my late 30’s and my cycles can be pretty rough, these help a bit but I still find myself needing to take a pain reliever still in the early days.

Better than painkillers!!!
I was honestly surprised by how much these helped. The patches are easy to stick on, stay in place all day, and are discreet enough to wear under clothes. They warm up gently and take the edge off cramps without needing to reach for painkillers right away. I also love that they’re waterproof—I didn’t have to worry about them coming loose in the shower. The only downside is they’re a little pricey for just 5 patches, but for the days when cramps are the worst, they’re totally worth it.

Didn’t help me — but stuck on like glue
The positives — this is easy to apply and it smells good.However, it didn’t seem to work for me at all. I didn’t notice any relief during the window you can start to expect relief. I did feel relief later in the day, but I also took some pain medicine at that point when this hadn’t worked, so I can’t say whether it eventually kicked in or if it was the medicine. And the fact that it didn’t kick in for long enough that I needed to take medicine speaks for itself.You don’t have to worry about this falling off — which became a problem. It’s almost OVERLY sticky. It was painful to peel off my skin — which I guess distracted me from cramps, but I didn’t want to replace one type of pain with another.

I bought this for my wife since she has terrible cramps (she has endometriosis). She says it definitely gives her better pain relief than anything else that she’s tried. While it won’t make the endometriosis pain better, it helps it. She says that if you have normal cramps (can be severe) she thinks this would work VERY well for those. She has also shared some with her friends because she thought they could benefit and so far, all of them like it and have had great results. She has sensitive skin and she said it doesn’t irritate her skin at all. She DEFINITElY recommends this product for women.

Easy to apply. They stayed in place. They were easy to remove. Seem to a help a bit. Maybe not for really strong days, but it is nice for have under your clothes and have no one be able to tell.
