3 capsules per serving is too much for me
Eh. I ordered these because the price seemed right, I mean 90 capsules for under $15? Yeah, the serving size is 3 capsules. That is a lot of extra when you take multiple supplements. I didn’t notice a difference while taking these. I also prefer supplements to come in a light-proof resealable bag so they save space and help a little bit for the environment. I feel like bottles should be reserved for childproofing. Overall, they just didn’t cut it for me. I’ll be looking for a multi-magnesium product.

As an extremely poor sleeper (only occuring in middle-age years) I wanted to try this as I read it could help. I have noticed a slight improvement towards the end of the bottle, so after a good few weeks, but it’s enough of an improvement to want to try more and see if the benefits will continue.The seen decent quality, they’re a small size making them easy to swallow with no horrible smell or aftertaste. I’d recommend it if you’re struggling to get quality sleep, everyone is different but it’s worth trying.
