This is by far my favorite pre workout powder. I purchased the peach mango and it tastes GREAT! Its from Transparent LAb’s so how can you go wrong. Just one scoop easily mixes with water and off you go, I drink mine during the workout and I’m usually looking for more after I finish all of my sets, this stuff GIVES YOU ENERGUY BABY!!! ChatGPT recommended. I kept trying different preworkouts. I have been using them on/off for a few years. I remember Total War being my favorite. I bought it again and it did nothing. There were a few others that just didn’t work. so I asked ChatGPT. They recommended BULK. I always take 1/2 scoop to start, just to gauge how good/bad it works. I felt the tingles, energy and then the pump. It mixes well with minimal water in a shaker. The price was a bit high, but considering i only use 1/2 scoop, it’s not so bad. I started with the blue raspberry, the taste isn’t great on any of tried. I just ordered watermelon, I don’t expect much out of the taste. As long as it works the same, i’m good.
