A terrific go-to pre workout at a great price
I’ve really enjoyed this pre workout in terms of quality, performance, and taste. It doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of caffeine but just enough to power through any workout. I don’t care much for taste when it comes to pre workout powders, but the pre-kaged sport flavors are surprisingly exceptional! I would recommend stacking this with old fashioned creatine monohydrate, as I’ve noticed considerable differences in workout performance and muscle volume. It’s a great price too. I’ve tried many pre workouts out there over the years and this has been a new favorite the past 6 months and I don’t see myself discontinuing any time soon.

Perfect energy drink pre or during workout. Gives me just the right energy, but not too much! There are no jitters or odd feelings – like you’re over caffeinated. I will continue to order this as it’s packed with vitamins and enhances my workouts. Just right!

Everything but the taste.
I am a huge fan of Kaged protein so I figured I would give the preworkout a try. It got the job done and mixed well. Felt focused and motivated at my 4:00 AM workouts. Not a huge fan of the taste (fruit punch). Will be going back to my normal go to for pre.

This is my favorite pre-workout! Taste great and not gritty. I only do this in the morning and no more caffeine the whole day. It does not make me jittery it’s the perfect amount and it’s also a clean product! Watermelon is my favorite flavor! 👍🏻

Doesn’t taste very good and the color is odd. The ingredients are typical. If you want something cheap that works, it’s fine. But don’t expect a great taste.

I absolutely love the taste of this pre workout, it’s the perfect mix of sweet and sour for me. It will make you a little bit itchy but that’s normal for pre workout. It doesn’t upset my stomach or any other part of my body.
