Excellent Product for Muscles
I was skeptical of the smell/flavor before ordering because of the flavored powders, but this one is good! Excellent taste. It blends well with no chunks left over. I have it everyday and love it. It was recommended by my doctor, to boost muscle growth, post major weight loss muscle wasting (happens to anyone losing weight). I’ve noticed my muscles in my legs are benefiting from this. Definitely would recommend

Ol’ Reliable
This pre-workout is my ol’ reliable. It’s great that it contains creatine so I don’t have to take that supplement on days that I use this. It can take a little time to mix in with water, but will eventually mix in with enough shaking. There are no large granules. I don’t get the face-tingles that other pre-workouts give. I find that taking this 20 minutes before a workout is enough to give me a boost to last 1-2 hours into my exercise.

Y’all. Stop what youre doing and buy this product. Great price point, doesnt overload you with an obscene amount of caffeine and tastes like kool-aid back when kool-aid was actually good! Also helps that the product absolutely delivers on the pre-workout boost I need. 100% will buy this again and again and again.
