I’ve been pleased with these as a lower calorie alternative when playing a tennis match and I need something to sustain me. I like the taste and the result. Sometimes I need two over a match but again I like that they’re a lower calorie option that other products. They sustain me and don’t seem to take long to provide a pick me up.

Great performance, taste is something to be desired
I’ve recently started endurance training and as my distance has increased I’ve decided to give gels a try. Gave these a go after a 5 mile run and towards my 6th mile I could definitely feel an increase in energy, I was picking up my pace. Unfortunately I had to cut my run short but I finished a 10k strong.Deducted a star because the taste is decent but has a bitter after taste that if taking without drinking something can be quite off putting. Will likely try different gels mainly due to the taste, but for the price, I highly recommend if you’re just getting into gels like myself!Also, the package arrived busted open at the bottom, I didn’t deduct a star for that, just noting that it happened

These are my go-to energy gels for long workouts, mostly runs. These have never upset my stomach, taste great and the texture is a perfect viscosity. Finding these on Amazon is great because they are cheaper on here than a lot of the other websites out there, so great value here on Amazon.

Distance running essential
Great value when buying as a pack. The taste is exceptionally good but that’s a secondary consideration when being used on the go. Great for a mid run pick-me-up when you’re 30/60 mins into a run. This provides a noticeable boost to the the second half of my run, and I generally cut my overall average by 10seconds per mile once this kicks in. Would advise using this with water as it will coat your tongue and mouth with it’s viscous consistency. Overall a great item to have in your pocket for a run.
