I’ve been using TheraNatal One throughout my pregnancy and I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to take (just one softgel a day), gentle on my stomach, and gives me all the essential nutrients like DHA, iron, folate, and vitamin D. I feel good knowing it supports both me and the baby’s health. Definitely recommend it to other moms-to-be!

Easy to take!
I had my fertility center give me a sample of these when we found out we were finally pregnant. I love how small they are, they are easy to take, and you can tell that they are good vitamins. They are a gel capsule and all you have to take is one a day!!I usually take my pill at dinner time so I don’t have a big gag reflex like I do in the morning time.I highly recommend these pills. You can’t beat the price either for a one a day small prenantal vitamin.

I wish everyone knew about this Prenatal!
The DHA levels in this prenatal are some of the best ones I’ve ever seen! Actually pretty incomparable to others. It does come in 90 days per package, which may be the only downfall if you need it for an extra month. Worth every penny! They don’t make me sick like some other prenatals do. The pill is on the medium-large size but easy to get used to!

Horrible Smell and Taste
I took these with my first pregnancy and loved them, Therlogix was recommended by our fertility clinic and i loved only taking one pill. They did cause fishy burps due to the fish oil, however, i took it at night and had no issues. I reordered when i found out I was pregnant again and the smell and taste of them now is unbearable. They are so fishy smelling and tasting I could not manage to take them, I even opened the bottle and let them sit out overnight. Since you are unable to return i had to throw them out which is sad considering they cost so much money!

My favorite prenatal
I’ve tried various different brands but so far these are the best. I was able to take them while experiencing morning sickness. They are very easy to swallow and don’t give me heartburns. I had been talking them throughout my whole pregnancy and now while breastfeeding. I recently took a vitamin deficiency test and was surprised to see that I have none. Even more, 3 months postpartum I still have naturally long nails, shinny hair and glowing skin. I’m very pleased with these vitamins.
