I am so happy that I found these patches! The first two days of my cycle are extremely painful and these help me get through the day without having to constantly pop medication. I highly recommend these to anyone that suffers from menstrual cramps, and I think they would be especially good for teens in place of oral medication. I have no issues, removing the patches and no skin irritation either which is good because normally I am allergic to adhesive.

What does it do?
I think they work but couldn’t tell for sure. The first day it felt like it did work but then I thought it was mind over matter. However the second day the pains were still there .
