Wow. My elders never told me about what an old man prostate is like! This sucks but this product has helped. Individual results may vary. I think you must try yourself to see how this product may benefit you. I am 65 and beginning to have prostate issues. Weak stream and difficulty fully emptying bladder each time. That causes frequent trips to the bathroom day and night. Within the first week my stream was much improved and more comfortable not having to strain any longer. Fully emptying and frequency has also improved but to a lesser degree. For that reason, I give it 4 stars. I have now been using for three weeks and I feel like it is helping me and will continue to use as long as I see results. No side effects to date. This is certainly a good alternative before you opt for a prescription medication that may have side effects. Even my doctor recommended trying this supplement before prescribing prescription meds. FYI. I have also found drinking more water has also helped. I will update after more time.
