Good so far
Started taking this DHEA supplement as part of my daily routine. It’s easy to swallow and hasn’t caused any side effects. Too early to tell how well it’s working, but I’m hoping to see some improvements in energy and overall balance with continued use. I’ll update the review if I notice any major changes. So far, it seems like a solid addition to my stack.

Dosage error
Need to test it out more. I dont know if it was this or I was just tired, but the next day I was dragging. I didn’t feel much with one pill, and the bottle contradicts itself. In one section it says take one capsule daily and then it says once in the morning AND once in the evening, making it two capsules a day? So that definitely needs to be fixed. Aside from being tired the next day, I did not feel immediate effects and maybe you do need the two capsules? I will update as I’ve taken it longer.

Good supplement blend but can’t find where it is made
Has no smell. Serving size is one in the morning and one in the evening, with food. It contains other vitamins and supplements besides DHEA. The capsules are standard size and didn’t give me a stomach ache. I can not find where they are made!

A Lot Packed Into One Little Capsule
These DHEA capsules are easy to take and deliver an impressive 200mg in just one capsule. In addition they also have calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and Zinc.The 200mg is what really impressed me as I’ve only had capsules and gummies that had between 50-100mg in a dose.I am very happy with these and notice a difference when taking them. I just feel better off overall. It’s not night and day difference, but slight energy and performance levels. Enough that I will continue to take them and would recommend them.

Good Supplement
DHEA is a good supplement to help with aging and menopause. It can also help with lifting your mood. My wife takes it for general health purposes and finds that it helps. These capsules are easy to take with water and do not have any ill effects like stomach issues or causing irritation. They taste neutral and seem to be absorbed quickly. So if you want to add DHEA to your supplement regime at a decent price, these are a good bet. Also contains extra vitamins like C and calcium, as well as wild yam.
