This supplement works well for me
I recommend these menopause & hormonal supplement. They work really well and I have been taking them for a while now It also helps regulate my thyroid. Also, it is a good value for the cost. A lot of supplements are pricey.

Still not sure of effectiveness
Hard to tell the affects this far. Been taking for 2 wks. Haven’t noticed much difference yet. Tablet pill form. No taste or scent. Kinda large sized but fine to swallow. Seems like fairly clean ingredients.

Great for my excessive Heat after menopause.
I looked at so many different kinds of products for how hot I can get in my bed and heat flashes. It works for me and what I needed mainly for my heat flashes. This is after my menopause that I am continuing to take it. I like the size, taste, and the ease of swallowing it. It is a larger capsule appeal but if you drink it with fluid it goes down easy. I like to health benefits it also comes with. I cannot comment about the calming effect that it has because I am taking it right before I go to sleep. The effectiveness that it claims does work for me and I have been taking this for about a year. Overall I will continue to buy this. I am pleased with having found this and for the price.
