This supplement is aimed at relieving some of the issues related to menopause. After taking it for a week there are very slight changes on the usual uncomfortable issues related to menopause. However, since menopause issues tend to vary frequently, the effectiveness of the supplement can’t truly be observed as there were no significant changes. It seems to contribute to sleeping a bit better since the hot flashes (maintaining the same AC temperature constant) were not as frequent. The capsules do not have any particular strong smell, and there was no aftertaste or could be noticed in burps. The presentation is quite fine, as the manufacturer is reputable. As far as pricing, it is within the range of similar supplements.

Easy to take supplement
I’m approaching the age where I’m starting to see some perimenopause/ menopause symptoms. Mostly just hot flashes at this point. I prefer to take natural supplements if at all possible. The dosage for this supplement is 1 a day. These are easy to swallow and no off putting taste. I tend to be sensitive to meds/supplements at times and especially have sensitive skin. This didn’t seem to affect me that way. Hard to tell value as there are supplements all over pricewise and these seem to be fine. Hasn’t had an effect on energy/weight or sleep (I already sleep very well, so this didn’t negatively affect it).

Good herb mix
I’m a big fan of Chinese medicine effectiveness, but not the taste of them (liquid form) so I was glad to see this being sold in pill form. I’m starting the menopause stages and needed to reset my body and prep it from all the stress. I think it’s still too early to tell if there’s direct correlation, but I do feel like in a better mood and not as ‘hot’ inside. I’m not a fan of the price, but it’s worth trying out.

Helps with energy and mood
These supplements work really well to help with my moods and energy. They are really easy to swallow, and i am happy i only have to take one a day. There is no strange taste to the outside of the pills and they are pretty small and don’t feel like they get stuck in my throat like some other pills do. I also don’t taste them at all while digesting them. They also help with the pain in my leg and joints while sleeping.

Improvement in hot flashes!
I’ve only been taking this for a week, but I haven’t had any major hot flashes for the past two days – which is saying something. 1 easy to swallow capsule a day, it doesn’t leave an aftertaste. I like that it’s supposed to alleviate mood swings – haven’t noticed that yet, but it’s just a week. Will see in time whether there’s a noticeable increase in my sense of overall well-being naturally. I haven’t noticed a significant change in energy level yet, but I think more time will be needed for this. I wish the manufacturer had this packaged in a smaller container. 30 capsules fill it 1/4 of the way. If not for green reasons, for the size of the footprint in my cabinet.

This is a pricey supplement, but after looking over the ingredient list, I can see why.I like that you only need to take one easy-to-swallow capsule a day, and a bottle provides a 30-day supply.I also appreciate that it’s made in the USA, even though the ingredients are globally sourced. However, I don’t see any mention of it being cruelty-free or vegan, which is a concern for me.For best results, you’ll likely need to take it consistently for a couple of months.
