These are the BEST gentle iron (Heme iron), that I have ever used. Superior quality and are in a heavy glass dark amber jar to preserve freshness. There’s also a large quantity and you only have to take one a day so these will last. Heme iron is the BEST iron for you. It doesn’t irritate your stomach or constipate you! I’m glad I found these!

I was really hesitant to buy these for my low iron but also was warned by M.D. how constipating iron tablets can be. Tried this one although the dose seemed too low. They are fantastic! Absolutely no constipation at all and after one month, my labs shows iron within normal limits. Capsules are a tad large, but I just take that alone and no problems. Highly recommend.
