This has been such a help! I had some back strain and I purchased this. Very easy to use. It had a remote option as well to adjust the temperature level and to turn it on and off.

Not an ordinary heating pad.
This Jartoo Nano Heating Pad comes presented in a luxe way, in a black container that looks like it holds state secrets. It’s definitely not a typical heating pad. It claims to have infrared heating and to be more energy efficient. The pad itself is super soft and very flexible, almost like a faux minky blanket. Of course it’s more the size of a small towel – not big, but large enough to nicely drape on any areas that are hurting. You have to plug it in via the enclosed power block and double-ended C cable, which connects to a C plug that comes out of a zippered pocket in the pad. I wish it were a tad longer, since you need to be about six feet from an outlet to use it, unless you connect to a power bank. There’s another USB-C cable to charge the remote.I like that there are six levels of heat, which you can control either by the remote, or by a button on the pad itself which changes color with each level. There’s also a timer, which you can only set with the remote. The pad automatically shuts off after two hours, which is a nice safety feature. At first it didn’t seem to be as hot as conventional pads, but the more I used it, the better I liked it. It’s a gentle, healing heat. I used it on my neck, shoulders and hip, and they all felt better afterwards. It’s definitely pricey, but I am enjoying using it. I also like it remembers the last heat setting you used, and that it’s washable; just be sure to place the plug inside the zippered pocket before doing so. Interesting product.

Bad shoulder that requires replacement. Pad provides good heat to relieve discomfort. This pad has helped to get thur these up going holidays before replacement. Replacement 02/26

I really like this! (…so far)
First, I’ve had it for a week and it’s still working, It has 6 temperature settings. One is the coolest, 6 is the hottest. I start on 3 and turn it down to 2 before I turn off the lights. Not having to deal with the wire for the controller is like a magic spell, you can put it where you can reach it and never get tangled up in the cord! Lastly, the remote lights up so you can adjust it without turning on the lights! Genius! There is also a control button on the pad. If you can memorize the colors, one for each setting, you can run it without the remote. A long press will turn it off.Con: It is expensive, I happened to have a bit of extra cash and my back problems are with me 24/7. I thought I might enjoy the splurge. If it lasts three years I will buy it again.

Stopped working after a month
I bought this heating pad because I just moved off grid and needed something that pulled less energy. I have chronic pain so heating pads are a daily-used item for me. This worked great for a month and then stopped working completely. I contacted the seller directly and was not responded to. I am so disappointed to have spent this amount of money for an item for my health only for it to die a month in. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this heating pad.

No cordless option
Purchased thinking it had a cordless option once charged it DOES NOT only plug in option. The advertisement is misleading it takes a few mins to heat up but product does work after it heats up.

The pic’s a bit misleading. There’s no way the pad in the picture would stay on that guy’s back as shown without being taped in front of his shoulder. Other than that, it’s nice. It takes a bit longer than 30sec, as it claims, before I start to feel the heat, but I like it so far. Not real thrilled about needing to replace it in a few years (which they admit in the manual), though.
