My orthopedist recommends this brand. Love the copper option. Be sure to follow the directions to measure for an accurate fit. One star off for inconsistency in terms of the ability to register the product’s warranty; 2 of the 3 compression sleeves I have purchased did not arrive with supporting documentation in the packaging. I have reached out to the company to request the opportunity to register the 2 items which arrived without warranty information, waiting to hear back.Update, 11/12/25:Modvel is a truly compassionate, generous and caring company. After I emailed them with regard to this matter and let them know that their knee compression sleeves work really well for me, but that I have the wrong size, they made a one time exception and helped me to get the right size and to get them warranteed. They were so polite, enthusiastic, and gracious throughout this process… in this day and age, it’s very rare to find a company who truly defines the words, “Customer Service”. To find a business who truly cares about the customer’s experience let alone the product they sell is rare…Modvel is indeed such a company. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only are they the brand recommended by my medical provider, additionally, their customer service is absolutely top-notch. True to size and stays in place!
Better than the 5 stars can express honestly. I’ve had problems with my left knee my whole life. I have osgodslaughter resulting in a protruding bone just under the knee cap which in turn puts a lot of stress on the top side of my knee. I’m a runner and have tried a bunch of other braces and wraps but none allow the freedom of movement while helping my leg stay more stable or the other way around. I figure the only thing I haven’t tried yet is just a simple compression sleeve so why not and could not be happier. I’ve only recently gotten them but already but in more than 10 miles on one of them but don’t really think I can speak to the durability but the sizing is true, the material feels quality and is absolutely breathable(I live in Florida) and it doesn’t require a lot of adjustment throughout activities. Absolutely love this product and will absolutely be recommending it and buying other colors!

Comfortable all day and keeps me going safely,
Being in my late 50’s and no medical insurance, I don’t recover as fast if at all any more. After a fall off our steps and screwing up my knee, which wasn’t good anyways, I bought these hoping that the tendons in my knee would stay in place instead of slipping over to the side too far and causing me to fall. They work! With rest and wearing these, my knee is healing up pretty good. I wear one from about 7AM to about 9PM when I go to bed and never am uncomfortable. Good Stuff!

These are the best compression braces, or sleeves!
These compression knee braces, or knee sleeves, are unbelievably comfortable and supportive, and enable me to be able to go about with my daily activities of living, in spite of the fact that I have a complex tear in the medial meniscus of my knee. I am an older person and have been active all of my life. This is a degenerative condition and so I am managing it the best I can with physical therapy, good nutrition, and wearing these sleeves. I cannot say enough about how these have helped me to be able to continue with my activities. I need to do things slower now, but at least I can do them and I give a lot of credit to these sleeves which fit great , they are true to size, adding so much support to my knee.

Helps live a normal life
My very healthy and active 76 year old father hurt both his knees. He still runs a landscaping business and was unable to do his normal activities. A client recommended these to him and he has gone back to moving around. He had MRI’s done on both knees. Both show a torn meniscus, but he does not want surgery. These compression sleeves have helped him so much and I am so happy to see him moving around again.

Very solid – affective
This is my second pair – I alternate them as I go through a daily rowing workout that will be progressively aggressive as we go. They protect my knees on land and water – providing stability while preserving range of motion.These are lite enough that you can wear them for simply walking about during the day if you wanted to but they’re still solid enough to be useful during rehab, practice or competition.Easy to clean and they stand up to the test of time also.

Size issue maybe.
Ordered a size small went by the sizing chart. First time wearing one,I suppose it has to be gripped to stay on. But it did leave a pattern from the grip, maybe I should try a size up? I’m unfamiliar with this kind of product because I know the grip prevents it from slipping. Mind you if I size up I can return it. It doesn’t cut off my circulation, but it is questionable to compare.

I like the product as it provides support to my knees in exercise. I have tried it in beach volleyball game, and I didn’t feel soreness or pulling in my knee caps after 3-hr game (normally feeling that without knee compression sleeves)This is value for money as it comes in a pair. Also the material is not too thick and breathable, providing sufficient support.For measurement, my kneecap measurement is 14” and the measurement for 4” above kneecap is 17”. M size fits very well for me. (my height is 160cm and US size 6 if helps)

These braces are as described & comfortable for daily wear as well as light exercise. They’re a lot more breathable than neoprene tensors while providing similar support. Hand wash & air dry well. I was worried about the fit but found the size chart accurate to the product. They’re comfortable on bare skin & remain in place all day. Excellent product & good value.
