This is very warm pad. I can literally feel my muscles relaxing within minutes of turning it on. I often suffer from neck and cervical tension, and this heating pad has become my greatest allly in finding relief and comfort. The pad is soft and perfect for unwinding during cold nights at home. size is perfect, it covers my shoulder and neck area. The timer works perfectly. The materials very durable and also comfortable. Works on the cause, not only the pain
As an osteopath who works with clients, I can say – this heating pad is outstanding. The graphene infrared technology penetrated. It’s not just warming the surface, but releasing muscle tension and restoring circulation in deeper layers. After just a minutes, you can feel how it improves fluid flow, eases spasms, and allows the body to relax naturally. This is what helps eliminate muscle blocks, poor circulation, and stiffness. Works but quaintly is possibly questionable
This heating pad was a great size and there’s no battery life to worry about because it plug in. The design and functionality was good but the neck portion didn’t really get close enough. I felt I had to pull it forward to keep the warmth on my neck. Ultimately I ended up returning it because the seam on the since came apart

This does what it says it’s supposed to do- it heas your neck and shoulders. It’s very lightweight, but still feels like it’s made well, andThe hand controlIs made very well, and it’s easy to use. It gets wpretty hot on the highest settingAnd it has four timer options from half an hour to two hours. And then it will shut itself off automatically. I have very stiff shoulders.And i’m thinking I will probably use this every day. The one thing I was concerned about was whether or not it was gonna be big enough. I haveA large neck and I wear a size fifty in a men’s sports coat. It has a sturdy little snap.And i’m able to snap it and still have it be comfortable
