Work great, stay in place and relieve pain
I purchased these for my teen daughter. She gets really awful cramps and I feel bad when they happen at school. I always send her with some midol she can take at school, but I know that heat is always a comfort for her. She tried these out and said they are amazing. She said even through PE class it stayed in place and didn’t crumple, nothing. She said it stayed warm all day long at school. She said that it was really comforting for the cramps and helped eased the pain. She rarely ever asks me to buy anything and she texted me from school saying, “please buy more of these heat pads, they are awesome”

I have been using these Midol patches for over a year and cannot imagine going without them now. These discreet patches go right on the outside of your underwear and heat up fairly quickly, giving you all the benefit of a heat pad without the bulk. Best of all, they can’t even be seen through leggings, giving you a bit of comfort during your workout or at work. I also love that the packages are small enough to fit in any size purse and last for eight hours, giving you the comfort you need when you need it. From my own experience, they last about six to seven hours of the eight-hour period. While they work longer, they start losing their effectiveness after this. The size is also perfect for going on my period underwear or normal panties. The heat is also the right amount of warmth, not burning but relieving pain. While they are a little expensive, they are worth it for stopping cramps during my time of the month.

Easy to apply
I wasn’t sure what to expect before ordering. It is on the smaller size. I’m plus size and the pad is about the size of my palm so getting the pad to hit the righr spot to have the most affect was tricky. It’s easy to apply and it does stay luke warm for 8 hours. Just wish there was a bigger size. I’m not sure why its recommended can only wear one every 24 hours so if you plan on wearing it during the day then at night you’ll have to use alternative methods. Or if you want to take it off for a period and reapply later then there’s no way to reapply really, unless I guess if you keep the package.

Must have for cramp sufferers
These are a must have if you get bad cramps, especially if a heating pad isn’t an option. It adheres well and stays until you remove it. It lasts much longer than 8hrs! I’ve even had it stay in warm for at least 24hrs. Very effective at keeping cramps at bay (with the help of pain killers).

Amazing product
These are amazing they come in handy when you still have to work and having menstrual pain. They are not bulky, so not very noticeable through your clothes(that are slightly baggy not skin tight). They last about 6-8 hours with good heat output.They are thin enough to put in your glove box or purse to have on the go.I would definitely recommend this product.

I used another brand of heating patches that worked great for my menstrual cramps. When I ran out, I browsed online to purchase more, but could not find the brand I had originally used, so I decided to give these Midol ones a shot, based on the other many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what, but these were a waste and would barely warm up for me. Maybe I am comparing them too harshly to the first brand that I used because those worked so amazingly for me, but I will definitely be going back to those regardless. I am bummed these didn’t work out.
