Gentle on the Stomach and Effective
I’ve tried several iron supplements over the years, and MegaFood Blood Builder is by far the easiest on my stomach. Most iron pills upset my stomach or give me constipation, but these are gentle and I haven’t had any digestive issues.I’ve been taking them daily, and I already feel more energetic and less run-down. I like that they’re made with real food ingredients and don’t feel like I’m taking a bunch of harsh chemicals.The tablets do have an off taste, so I take them with a flavored drink (juice or really anything with flavor would do), and they’re easy to swallow. Overall, if you need an iron supplement that’s effective and gentle, this one is definitely worth trying.

Amazing ingredients and benefits
Has a wise score of 82/100 only issue being stearic acid wich is commonly found in a lot of things and not really a big deal unless you have medical reasons to avoid it. There’s a slight taste wich falls into more of a nutral tone and I can really see the difference in my health. My nails no longer bend like papper and my fainting has become less frequent. Its honestly worth the price

I wish it was possible to give 100 starts, but then I’d want to give even more!This iron builder has been the only one to effectively and consistently increase my iron levels. Prior to taking this brand, I was told nothing would work and nothing would help. And then one day I stumbled upon this product. Fast forward to a year and half later and here we are…with steady iron levels.The taste isn’t pleasant but not horrible either, but bearable.
