Cools off too quickly
This heart is very cute and the shape makes it easy to just slip in whenever you need it. Unfortunately, it’s only the temperature you want for a brief moment. It starts too hot, then quickly drops heat until you make yet another trip to the microwave. Unless you have a microwave in your room, it’s very inconvenient.

Getting a peel off heat patch is better or heating up a rag
I brought this because I grew tired of doing the old fashioned hot rag method for my cramps. I also ran out of the peel off heating patches quickly. However those methods seem to be more effective than this product. Outside of the likable appearance, its use isn’t adequate. The heat barely lasts longer than 30 minutes if that. As such you constantly have to reheat it, while In pain already that becomes an instant inconvenience. Not to mention if you heat it for a minute it isn’t warm enough to last 5 minutes let alone the 30 minutes. But if you heat it in incriminates as instructed it’ll be entirely too hot. Overall, the product needs to be looked over again for its purpose and being able to actually achieve that purpose. I give the design some stars but the effectiveness none at all. I’m quite upset I brought this product.
