I would recommend having the ice pack as well as the ice machine.
Well made and constructed.I was sent home with the ice machine after knee surgery which works great, however, I also use the ice pack often. Especially helpful when I sit in a different chair for a while and my ice machine is across the room.

Makes icing enjoyable
Just used it on my knee (don’t know why I added that lol). Before I was using ice wrapped in cloth. This band is not messy as holding a soggy cloth. It sits in place as there are 4 velcro points and built-in sleeves to hold gel packs. And because it is 3 panels is ice packs, one gets a nice coverage of the front and sides. Don’t try to walk about with it. It says to put your foot straight and put it on. Stay laying down for the 20 minutes… all that is part of the rest you need. The sleeves also act as the needed barrier to prevent ice burns.After opening my package I realised it comes with a 3yr warranty. This is excellent. Although I signed up, the product is well-made and comfortable. My legs are big, but because of how these are made with the adjustable straps, it fit and held well.

Great relief!
I had a hip replacement and the pain radiated to my knee. This helped so much with icing my knee to alleviate the pain. The only improvement would be if the ice pack could stay frozen longer.

Knee Brace Ice Pack
I love this ice pack knee brace! It’s so easy to use. Slide the three gel packs in and wrap around your leg. No worries like with a normal ice pack of it falling off or slowing inching over until it’s no longer in the correct position. It’s light weight and versatile. You can use fewer ice packs if needed or you can always use it on another area of your body. You may need to hold it on your hurt area. Unless figure out if you can use the Velcro.I believe the freeze time (for the first use) is about 2 hrs. After that, since it’s been frozen before usually only take about an hr to refreeze.The knee brace itself seems to be made of excellent material and should last a long time.I highly recommend this item

Losing my cool
Works mostly as advertised. Fits the knee well but a bit awkward to put on. I am disappointed how quickly the ice pack “loses its cool.” Otherwise, a good product.

Big enough to wrap around your leg. It holds it in.place securely. Able to get cold compression on the sides of your leg and not just the front.

10/10 for knee injury
Dislocated my knee and needed an ice pack that would not melt. This is perfect it doesn’t feel uncomfortable on your skin. It has three slots to put in the ice packs and it Velcros to fit your leg. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has a knee injury, or will have a knee surgery this was mess free and comfy
