Surprisingly legit electrolyte powder for the price. Clean ingredients, great hydration, zero nonsense. If you care about performance instead of pretending your water is Kool-Aid, this stuff works. Cramping? Gone. Headaches? Gone. Wallet damage? Minimal.Fair warning: the taste is why this isn’t 5 stars across the board. It’s salty-citrusy with stevia vibes – some people love it, others act like they’ve been personally betrayed.Pro tip: add ¼ teaspoon of table salt for a real athlete-level electrolyte mix. Yes, it tastes even saltier. Yes, it works even better.If you’re after results, not candy water, this is a steal.

Great taste
It is nice to have an electrolyte drink that is tasty and shelf stable. I use this daily and it definitely helps with my energy and prevents fatigue. I feel great with this drink, and require less caffeine if I use it regularly. It is the nutrients in this drink that also helps to prevent energy crashes. These electrolytes help keep my energy levels stable through the day.

Best taste for no sugar, with one caveat
I tried a bunch of different electrolyte mixes. I was looking for ones with little sugar. This was the best tasting one that I found. Some of them are truly awful, but this one tastes nice. Kind of like, uh, dunno if I can say name brands, but you know, like you buy some electrolyte sport drink at the convenience store. So I really liked it. After a while I noticed one weird thing. I think it’s because of the branched-chain amino acids. After I drink a glass of this mix, there’s a sticky scum on the inside of the glass which doesn’t rinse out. It comes out in the dishwasher, and it comes out if I scrub by hand with a brush, but it’s weird. Also if I then fill up that empty glass with water for another extra bit of hydration, then that *next* glass of water tastes terrible. So basically, I love this mix because it’s the best tasting mix without a lot of sugar, but I kinda wish it didn’t have the BCAAs. I don’t even know what those are for or why it would matter. This is a minor thing which is why I’m only taking off one star but I hope this might be interesting to someone.

I love this product! It has great taste and zero sugar is a plus. I use it during my intense workouts and it helps rehydrate me and added bonus are the B vitamins. I also add in my creatine. The powder dissolves quickly and it comes with an easy to use scooper.Definitely recommend.

Black cherry absolutely a must try!!!!
Normally when I buy bcaa they end up being super sweet and I can’t ever finish I end up giving it away. But this brand and flavor black cherry is really good with a good slight kick of sour love it after I finish I may try another flavor but def gonna have to purchase this again. I will be sipping on this during and after my workouts finally found one with no weird aftertaste.

This stuff is terrible.
So I don’t like to leave negative reviews. I feel like a lot of time people who have had a good experience say nothing, but then people who have had a marginal experience complain, and it makes the average ratings worse than they should be, right?But this product is truly awful.First of all, even mixing it weaker than directed because of the taste (more on that below), it severely irritates my bladder. Even one serving turns my urine bright yellow and causes physical discomfort down there.One expects the taste of a hydration drink to be not-great because taste isn’t really the point, but this one has some sort of strange chemical aftertaste that kind of sticks around for a while after consuming it. It kind of reminds me of the smell of roof paint for some reason.The drink mix itself is… extremely hydrophobic, I guess is the right term maybe? It clumps really badly and doesn’t want to dissolve. Stirring it in with a spoon is a no-go. It requires a vigorous shake in a bottle with a sealed cap, and even then there is still grit floating in it (filler I assume).And finally, the container is so narrow and deep that it is impossible to reach more than half way into it with the provided scoop. You can’t get your hand inside. You have to hold the container sideways and give it a shake to get the stuff in reach of the scoop, which produces a cloud of the stuff, which when inhaled gives you that strange chemical aftertaste all the way back in your sinuses for some time.I am about half way through it, because I don’t want to waste it. But I don’t know if I can stand to finish it. I am sorry for the negative review guys, but this is truly the worst electrolyte recovery drink I’ve ever tried. Maybe some of the other flavors are better? Lemon-Berry is the one I tried.
