Solid Quality and Noticeable Results
I have been using these multivitamins for about a month and I am happy with the results so far. My energy feels steadier throughout the day, and I have also noticed that my nails seem stronger and my skin looks a little healthier. The formula is impressive, combining a wide range of vitamins and antioxidant blends in one capsule, which makes it easy to cover different needs with a single product.The quality feels very solid, and the capsules have no artificial smell, which makes taking them much more pleasant. I also like that the bottle is well packaged and feels premium, unlike many supplements that come in flimsy containers. This has a unique blend of supplements that I do not currenly have in some of my other supplements. I am happy that this is available for me to try so that I can see if it helps with my skin. So far not allergic reactions.

Honest thoughts after a month of use
I’ve been taking these for almost a month. I think they’re pretty good, but not a miracle supplement. The most noticeable effect for me is that I feel a little more energized, which I assume is from the B vitamins and vitamin C.For context, my skin has always been tricky. It was very dry and eczema-prone for most of my life, then became slightly oily and acne-prone in my 20s. Retinol helped a lot. After pregnancy in my 30s, I struggled with facial eczema and acne for two years, and my nails became very brittle. Before starting this supplement, I had already cleared up my eczema. My skin is still acne-prone, especially around my period, and it shifts between being very dry and somewhat oily.My main reason for taking this supplement is acne support. It contains zinc, which is often helpful for breakouts, but the dose here is only 15 mg. I haven’t seen a dramatic difference in my acne, but I also haven’t had any major breakouts while taking it. I’ve been using it alongside my current skincare routine, which includes the CLn Moisture Balancing Facial Cleanser, hyaluronic acid, Dapsone gel 7.5%, and a moisturizer. It’s hard to know how much of the improvement is from the supplement versus the skincare, but overall, my skin has been okay.My nails are back to normal. They grow quickly but still break sometimes, which probably has more to do with my daily habits. My hair has always been thick but sheds a lot, and I haven’t noticed much of a difference there.The pills themselves are large, and taking four at once means I need to drink a lot of water to keep them from feeling stuck in my throat. That said, they don’t leave a bad taste, so it’s not a huge inconvenience.Overall, I think the ingredients are high quality. I don’t expect major changes in just a month, and it’s hard to measure the full impact on my skin, hair, and nails. My skin has stayed relatively stable, my nails are in decent shape, and I feel a little more energetic. If you have mild concerns or are looking for a well-rounded supplement, it might be worth a try. But if you’re dealing with moderate or persistent skin issues, you’ll probably still need to rely on your regular skincare routine.

Good multivitamin and packaging
Good multivitamin, but did not really provide additional benefits, I am grateful it does not upset my stomach as most multivitamins do. I’ve used for about a month at this point and have not really seen a difference in my performance or health, The pills themselves don’t have any taste on initial ingestion. But after 30ish minutes you kind of do taste a little herbal smell if you end up burping. The color of the pills is a little on the off-white side, there is a quality seal over it on initial opening which is great as I’ve seen some others not have a quality seal which is a bit daunting to see. Overall a good multivitamin

Stays out by the kettle in the kitchen
Next to the kettle the bottle looks a little oversized, but it’s where I usually reach for it when making tea in the morning. The glass feels solid and the capsules go down smoothly with water, and they’ve been gentle enough that my stomach doesn’t feel unsettled afterward. Taking them each day makes it easier to keep up with vitamins I might miss from meals, and over the past couple of weeks I’ve noticed my skin feels a bit calmer and less dry. I’ve kept the bottle out on the counter so I don’t forget, though a smaller size or a pill box would make it handier during the week.

The Foundation of You is a blend of multivitamins containing the complete essential vitamins from A-Z, as well as some core minerals including magnesium, copper, manganese and chromium. Molybdenum is a new and interesting element to me, apparently it is a trace mineral that helps enzymes break down toxins in the body and commonly found in legumes.The powerful blend also comes with a selection of antioxidants such as wild blueberry, muscadine grape powder, citrus bioflavonoids, broccoli, vitamin E, Resveratrol, lutein, lycopene to name some off the label.I’ve tried this vitamin for about two weeks now, and overall I do feel good while I’m consuming this blend.The capsules isn’t the smallest on the market, however I have no issue swallowing them with water.I do find the product on the pricey side. Considering all the good ingredients in the blend I suppose you do save by not having to purchase them all separately.I do really like the fact that this brand uses ingredients that have trademark, patent and registered which speaks quality and science. This company also has a current website where consumer can find more information on, which is another plus to me. I would recommend this vitamins for people seeking a high quality supplement.
