Don’t take my word for it – search it. Well known, highly credentialed MD’s explain that we need to supplement vitamin D during winter months, because we don’t get as much direct sunlight.About a week after I began taking 3 of these daily, my teenaged daughter caught a nasty head cold. Coughing in our space, sneezing, touching everything in the kitchen, etc., like ya do…Normally, late fall early winter I will automatically catch anyone’s cold in my proximity and suffer greatly for two weeks. I’ve taken D3 for quite a while. I wanted to try Whole Foods for the price point. I haven’t been as impressed with the absorption. If you need more D3 for depression, I’d do a different brand.

Good price and quality. I can’t take vitamin d3 tablets. Therefore I only get soft gels. They are difficult to find 120 gels bottles. That’s why I buy it on Amazon only!!!
