I am absolutely thrilled with the VEV D3 K2 Magnesium supplement. The combination of high-potency D3, K2 , and bioavailable Magnesium is exactly what I was looking for to support my energy and bone health.The best part? These are genuinely easy to swallow! 10,000 IU’s in 2 gel caps
I’ve only had these for a few days but am hoping they work well. They are small sized gel caps. Each one is ONLY 5000 IU’s, so you need to take two of them to get 10,000 IU’s of vitamin D. I didn’t look at it closely and thought I was getting 10,000 taking one each day. Be sure to check that on all supplements before you buy them.I put them in a bottle I had for a different 10,000 IU capsules because I don’t like the bag. They seemed to look fine and none were stuck together which happens with gel caps sometimes. I usually buy vitamin D with K but thought this was a good combination to try. If you’re looking for 5,000 IU’s it would be a great purchase.
