Alright, here’s what I think about this ice pack. I just had back surgery, so when I use it, I have to adjust because of the creases. There’s no way I’d walk around with this thing strapped to my back—it adds extra weight, which isn’t great for me right now. I had back surgery, which is why I got the ice pack. Just a heads up: if you’re thinking about using it while lying on your side, it doesn’t work. It sticks out too much, so it’s like you’re not even using it. Or should I say not feeling the ice.

This gel pack is perfect. Perfect size, one side is a soft material which help hold in the cold on the other side. I put the cold side on my belly and my hands rest on the soft side, hot flashes are controlled. Cold lasts a long time.

Brilliant. Great for wrapping round back, stomach, knee, arm. Anything that anyone in the house bumps or hurts this comes out. It has a nice velvet soft side so fine again direct skin. Every home should have in the freezer much better than a bag of peas. Stays cold for a long time too. Elastic Velcro strap is nice length too would fit around people of all sizes, children and very large men.
