Clean hydration
I bought REDMOND Re-Lyte because I was tired of sugary electrolyte drinks and this one is perfect. It has clean ingredients, no weird artificial taste, and it actually helps me feel hydrated. I drink it after workouts and on days I feel sluggish and within minutes I notice more energy and no headache. The saltiness surprised me at first but I just add a little extra water and it tastes great.Simple, clean, and it works. I’m already on my second tub.

Effective Hydration with Clean Ingredients and Great Flavor
This is a great hydration powder! My husband absolutely loves it and uses it regularly. It has a clean, refreshing flavor and really seems to do the job, perfect for post-workout recovery or just staying hydrated throughout the day.It does taste a little salty to me, somewhat like coconut water. But to be fair, I’m not a fan of coconut water in general, so I might not be the best judge when it comes to taste. Still, the flavor is much better than many other electrolyte powders out there.What I really appreciate is that it delivers on its promises, hydration that feels effective without any artificial junk. The serving count on the container was accurate, and shipping was impressively fast (arrived the next day!).I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable hydration boost with a well-balanced flavor.

A fantastic product
I am a huge fan of this product.I’ve been an athlete for years and finding this product has really helped my cramping issue. I’ve used many hydration supplements over the years but this one, is QUALITY. My forearms stopped cramping and my gut doesn’t bother me (other, cheaper brands have given me gas and bloating). The taste is mild and while the consistency is a bit gritty, you’ll get used to it. Also, and very important, I am a type 1 diabetic and many electrolyte products spike my sugar due to their poor quality but this only mildly brings my sugar up, which is to be expected. I will say that even though it is expensive, you get what you pay for.

I like this electrolyte mix more than others on the market for a number of reasons. First, Redmond is a reliable brand of SALT which is what I was looking for in my hunt for electrolyte mixes because SODIUM is a key electrolyte your body needs for proper hydration.Second, I wanted something that tasted good and was easy to drink. This checked both those boxes very handily. I’ve tried a few flavors at this point (I like the salty watermelon flavor too) but this one is a winner. It tastes great and I appreciate that they let you know you can adjust the levels of flavor/effectiveness you want depending on your preference. If you want it more salty – add more. Less? – add less. Let your body and taste decide.Third, I really wanted to find something that works quickly and offers all the nutrients my body needs to stay hydrated. But like… nutrients that I KNOW. The ones I can read and pronounce… Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium. All good things that help your body. This checked all the boxes. Other products you’re sitting there reading words with 40 syllables like oh man this can’t be good for me. Keep it simple. I like it!

There are so many electrolytes out there but this one was recommended as a second place alternative from chat GTP and it was right!!!I wanted something other then the one I was using which was very nice but breaking my fast by giving me 50cals each time THIS one however doesn’t give you any calories AND suppresses hunger making it the perfect choice with 60servings.I can have multiple servings a day and still maintain my fast long as I want.How I take it is I put one scoop in my keep cold water bottle with some ice and I add some SUGAR FREE strawberry or cherries and berry’s flavour juice for extra flavouring, add water and away we go.The hydration is a: 10Price could be better: 7Taste is good aslong as you have some sugar free juice to go with it :7It’s an absolute YES from me!
