This supplement really works! It increased my ferritin from 15 to 50 in just one month. At first, I was taking one tablet every other day on an empty stomach with half a glass of orange juice. Later, I switched to taking it two hours after my last meal (still with orange juice), and that significantly reduced the nausea.
