Take regularly after meals and in morning. Best with food. Tends to help with stomach issues and smooth out the highs and lows of my stomach acid. I recommend and will continue to order again. Gut health is critical.

These seem to do the thing. Auto ship. My 81 yr old uncle swears by them. He has gut issues and has for many years. I have opposite issue and they help me out too. I learned about acidophilus while doing research on gut health, I was glad to find this product at such a great price and value. I have been taking it for a little over a week and have already noticed improvement in my bowel movement and bloating. it doesn’t have a bad taste at all nor does it smell. The tablet is very small and easy to swallow/use. The ingredients are clean as this supporting the growth of healthy bacteria. I recommend!

I’ve been taking this brand of probiotics for quite a while. In truth I can’t say how good they are relative to anything else on the market, nor say how effective they are in my diet. But there are no negative side effects, and I can only go by faith in assuming they’re doing what they’re supposed to do. Bottom line, the price is right.
