It works.
I have had extremely fine hair my entire life and after using this for over a year I am getting compliments from my hairdresser/strangers/family about how much more “alive” my hair looks. I personally don’t love the taste but none of them are awful (have tried them all at this point but am subscribed to the mango flavor). Not only is my hair health through the roof – my nails and eyelashes are longer/stronger and I feel healthier overall. I love all Mary-Ruth products but this one is a must-have. Give it 3 months/3 bottles of daily use before giving up. Ingredients are yuka-app approved and as with everything Mary Ruth feel like it is very high quality. I have used a variety of different hair/skin/nails vitamins consistently in the past bit this is the one I will be sticking with.. 10/10.
