I have used these every month for over a year; I get them through subscribe and save. Only once did I have a quality issue. The vitamins on that shipment were melted and scary looking – they refunded my money for that shipment. All the rest have been right as rain.

I love substituting gummies for pills sometimes. Get so tired of swallowing pills! This gives me a tasty break. Plus, helps with my sweet tooth. My nails & hair growing well, so seems effective. Would purchase again!

Not worth the effort
I like the vitamins. The flavor is good and as far as I can tell they’re providing the nutrients they’re supposed to. I’ve been taking them for about a year, so it’s not like I started last week. My biggest issue is the bottle is impossible to open if you have arthritis, or shoulder issues, or any sort of discomfort in your upper back, shoulders, arms, hands you need a screw driver. The inside paper liner on the top of the bottle is ALWAYS stick to the paper seal on the bottle. ALWAYS.. I’ve started ordering a different product that I don’t have to spend 20 minutes trying to open, or use a screw driver to get the top off. It’s just to freaking hard. No excuse. They need to make bottles easy to open for older people. Not everyone is a young, strong 20 year old.
