I’m vitamin D deficient. Was told by my primary care to supplement 5,000 iud a day. I bought these since the K2 helps your body absorb the vitamin D better. They are coconut oil capsules. Super tiny, easy to swallow. I take it with orange juice to help it absorb even more. No side effects, no upset tummy and no nasty burps! Highly recommend.
