Disappointed
I have been subscribed to these for over a year now. I loved them so much because they took my pain away. However, recently they must have changed the design. The adhesive is way too strong and sticks too much even to the package so I did have to throw several patches away. When I finally was able to use one it didn’t feel the same. I took it off and noticed it had burned through my skin and I was bleeding a little bit. Really sad and disappointed they changed the design on these because they used to be an essential for me.

Everything changed and now it’s awful
I’ve been a long time user of these patches. I have horrible debilitating periods due to my fibroids and I lived on these patches to just get me thru. They stopped production for about 2-3 months and came back with whatever this is. The patch, the formula the adhesive, everything is different. The patch feels thinner n flimsier, the backing film is now cut up n makes it harder to remove it comes off in pieces not great when you’re in pain, the adhesive now reacts to my skin n makes that area itchy a week later and I’m never allergic to anything so I don’t know what that’s about, the smell is horrific it had a menthol smell before like bengay, nothing crazy but now? It’s so strong n just horrible and it doesn’t seem to work as well. I’ve purchased several packs since the change in hopes that they were still figuring things out but no. Honestly I’m kind of angry about it because I relied on these so much and to see reviews say the company claims nothings changed? There’s no way it’s the same. It’s sad whatever they did obviously affected some women the same as me n for an item that helped previously to change so much sigh 🤷♀️

This burned my skin after one use.
Even though this patch relieved my cramp pains a little more than anything I had tried before, it BURNED my skin after only one try. I applied my one and only used patch from a package of 10 on a clean and dry skin, I am not allergic nor felt any discomfort from the patch while wearing it. But when I carefully removed the patch after a couple of hours, my skin was BURNED around the edge of the patch. It’s been two weeks and I can still see the burned mark fading. Never buying this again. Now I am left with 9 patches that will never touch my skin again. I don’t know if anyone else had this same experience, I would honestly like to know.

These cooling patches don’t work
I like that you can apply this directly on your body but that’s the only good thing about it.I get really bad cramps each month and I was hoping this would help me ease the pain. But it didn’t. It has a cool effect on your body and really doesn’t do anything to the pain. It smells like Vick’s Vaporob which kinda makes sense because it’s main ingredient is menthol.I wish it had worked better than the heating patch I really use. I was curious about this patch and wanted to try it out because of the great reviews.I guess it worked for other people but not for me. Also, it’s kinda expensive for things that didn’t work!

Not built for heavier girls
If I could leave a zero star, I would. I went into using this product with a lot of optimism, I have awful, awful period cramps from various conditions and was looking for something to help me during my job as a server because pain medication doesn’t work for me. I’m a heavier girl, I have a little bit of a belly, and these DID NOT WORK. They had the cooling soothing effect for maybe 5 minutes before absolutely nothing and it was so, SO hard to get them in a good spot. If I got too close to my mons, my pubic hair would prevent it from sticking (sorry if TMI). And then when I took it off, there was a violently red rash that did not go away for at least three days, and was so itchy I scratched my skin raw. So if you have a belly and/or public hair and intense period pain, look for something else, these are NOT the solution.

Just a gimmick
I desperately wanted these to work, but I’m afraid it’s just a gimmick and a placebo effect for most individuals. I didn’t get any pain relief. There was a very mild cooling sensation, but it definitely was not strong enough to make a dent in the pain I suffer with. The scent was pretty strong, but I don’t mind the smell of Vick’s Vapor Rub, so I could handle this smelly. The adhesion was less than ideal. Not even after 5 minutes of applying and not doing much physical activity, two patches were already bubbling up and starting to unstuck.

Does not work
I had high hopes for this product after reading a bunch of reviews, however, I was sorely disappointed. The first problem was the inability to stick to my skin while exercising. I had read it was a water-proof, but after placing it on dry skin, waiting a while for it to adhere, and then exercising for an hour, the adhesive did not stick. The second problem was the rectangular bright red patch it left on my skin that has lasted for a couple of days. The last issue was the fact that it did absolutely nothing for pain. I have to take muscle relaxers for pain and this did nothing except make me smell like an essential oil pusher. I wish this product had worked, but wouldn’t recommend for anything besides a placebo affect.

Product has changed
I used to swear by these for period pain relief; however, they have completely changed. The packaging, smell, and shape have changed. They are no longer effective and irritated my skin when they did not previously. I will sadly be looking for a different solution.
