These bars are surprisingly delicious for being low sugar and keto-friendly. Each flavor has its own unique taste, and none of them have that chalky protein-bar texture, which I really appreciate. They keep me full for hours and give me a nice energy boost without the crash. I love that they’re made with plant protein and extra nutrients to support focus and brain health, it makes them feel like a smarter snack choice. Just ok. They don’t taste the greatest. I much prefer a sweeter bar but they are protein packed and filling, but dense. Pure protein and David bars are much much better.

I bought this package to try the different flavors of IQBAR and I loved them, each one has a texture, good taste and without being too sweet and the best thing is that they are made with natural ingredients. I like that they have 12 grams of vegetable protein and very few carbohydrates, perfect for maintaining energy without feeling heavy. I use them as a quick snack between meals or after the gym and they have helped me control the craving for sweet things. The Good and Bad
Interesting Experience: Initially, I wasn’t sure what to make of the taste. I liked they weren’t dry or greasy. Healthy ingredients. I was, however, caught off guard by the pea protein crisp because it felt like I crunching on gravel or sand texture. After a few bars, I got used to it.I didn’t taste blueberry. The lemon tasted like zest and juice. It was ok. I finished the whole box.What is most interesting is I ate them in the morning and at night. For a week, I felt my brain very turned on while I was sleeping. Very vivid dreams. Not “trippin'” but very noticeable dream patterns.Taste wise, not bad but probably not a repeat buyer, even if I enjoyed my dreams.
