These are perfect especially for days when you don’t have time to make a shake taking this capsules , it’s just as beneficial with this brand. There is no taste or aftertaste it’s a good clean product.

Easy way to get daily servings
Originally got the powder version and couldn’t stand the taste so I got these. Love the variety of nutrients you get and makes me feel better about getting my daily vegetables and vitamins in. Haven’t noticed a difference in how I feel but I’m sure my body appreciates the healthy things I am getting. Just make sure you eat something fairly soon after taking them because if you don’t, at least for me, I can taste the powder if I burp which is not a pleasant taste. I take 4 of them in the morning and one at night which I don’t think really matters.

Not for Me, but Maybe for You
I wasn’t taking the recommended dose of 5 pills a day. I mostly took 2-3 per day (I’m a small woman) and noticed it did help my energy level. I would give this product five stars had it not caused embarrassing acne all over my face and neck. I drank plenty of water to help flush out toxins (I read some of the reviews about the detox process) and took it for more than a month to see if the acne would persist. Unfortunately, it got worse the more I took it. I wouldn’t have minded it, had the acne eventually subsided or at least gone down, but the more I upped the dose, the worse it got. I also noticed my throat was a bit scratchy at times which leads me to believe I could’ve been allergic to an ingredient in the pills. I wont be ordering these again, which is a bummer because they have a lot of good stuff in them. The pictures are from 3 days after I stopped taking them , so the acne has gone down a bit. Sorry I could not alter the photos to make them upright.

Have taken for approx 11 months now. I take it morning and evening, definitely more energy & mental alertness. Just makes you feel so much better throughout the day. I have never in my life been one to eat fruits and veggies and this is a lifesaver wish I found it 20 years ago. When I first ordered this product, I like many many others in reading reviews thought the taste horrible & couldn’t stomach it. Tried it in water, apple juice & water but none worked for me.My method is ‘Dannon’ & ‘Yoplait’ yogurt 80 and 100 calorie. Just popped one open put a scoop in and stir it in, tastes absolutely amazing. I too thought I would have to send it back after trying the juices & water but after the ‘yogurt’ I’ve absolutely loved it for the last 11 months. I look forward to it every morning and evening.I just kept reading reviews about people who thought it was great and maybe something they needed, even just read review about getting it for her kids but the taste was intolerable. Thought I would FINALLY write this review & recommend this yogurt idea. Try it, you will be blown away at the great taste. To me it’s much quicker than making a smoothie ( unless of course you’ve always made those). For me I’m always in a time crunch & this workperfectly.

Helps get in my daily greens
I am a registered nurse and have seen so many people diagnosed with cancer in the past few years, which is why I started taking Amazing Grass daily. I try to eat healthy in general, but it is hard for me to eat the recommended servings of green leafy vegetables. I can honestly say that I have had more energy, craved less junk food, and gotten sick less. I know that veggies help boost your immune system, and I haven’t gotten sick even though I’m exposed to illness on a daily basis (I work as an ER nurse- we see a lot of influenza, gastroenteritis, viral respiratory infections, etc). I used to take acidophilis, but this product contains probiotics, so I save money by not having to buy those anymore.What really amazes me about Amazing Grass is that one can see the color difference between these capsules and grocery store brands. Amazing Grass is actually dark green, and if you open it up it smells very “grassy”, while the grocery store brands are almost white in color due to the lack of phytochemicals and nutrients. I would recommend this product who wants to improve their general health and well being, and especially those who are want to prevent cancer. Also, the nutrients in this product are very beneficial if you are pregnant.Another bonus: this product is half the cost of a similar product (Juice +), but performs just as well, if not better! I’ve convinced my entire family to switch over and they love it!

Good stuff
I started using this daily about 6 months ago and have noticed enough of a difference to keep buying it and taking it diligently every day. I work in an ambulance with constant exposure to sickness and have managed to only get sick once over the past 6 months (bronchitis)…not bad considering a lot of my coworkers fell ill more than once! I am well aware of the chronic deficiencies that people can face when it comes to vitamin intake/healthy eating and I feel that my diet can lack in full color spectrum veggies. I also have noticed that my cravings for sugar have decreased while taking these. I eat a low carb diet ( ~30g carbs/day) and have found this to be somewhat helpful in my efforts to lose weight using the atkins diet.I take 5 capsules per day even though the mfg suggests taking anywhere from 5-15 per day. I feel that taking this dose is cost effective. I’d be spending a few more bucks and investing a few more hours to intake the same benefits from raw food… i’ll take the convenience any day!!! At about .80 cents per dose, it is well within my budget. Give it a try and see for yourself.

I don’t eat vegetables, I did some research and seems this is among the best for capsules consumption for non-veggie people.My only grouse is the delivery person left the package on the floor in front of my door instead of in riser or door gate, though he might be afraid to crush the bottle if he try to squeeze in door gate. He probably didn’t think of the riser or don’t want to bother message me.Other than that, I’m so glad I found this super veggie capsule supplement in Amazon at a great price.
