So freaking delicious!
I’m doing the mediterranean diet, and I thought this would be a perfect way to add healthy fats and protein to my diet. I usually eat peanut butter, but I’m completely burnt out on that. This stuff is so freaking delicious! I can’t believe how good it is. I will be buying again when this runs out! YUM!

Tastes exactly like eating a handful of pistachios. Know why? Because it literally IS a handful of pistachios! Ingredients are pistachios. No sugars, no preservatives, no salt, no fillers! It’s so good!! A little pricey but I’m the only one in my house that likes pistachios, so it should last me a while.

Too expensive for the amount you get.
We are going to Italy in a few weeks and it seems the Italians use a lot of Pistachios for flavoring many items. We decided to give it a try and see how it tastes. It had settled in the jar and required a significant amount to stirring to get it mixed back into the oil. We are accustomed to. peanut butter as well as most other nut butters so this seemed to be much the same. My only concern is that it was made in Oregon and I doubt the nuts grow there so it is apparently an after market operation. I probably will not reorder.
