It works well for me has a timer function that you can set for turning it off which I like. Warms up quickly. It covers my entire back too.

I wanted large but did not grasp how big this is. If you want one to lay on the back of your chair from side to side, this is too large. If you want one to lay on your body like a small blanket then this is the one. This goes from the top of my chest to my ankles, I am 5’3″. It will drape from over the top of my huge recliner down the back of my chair so I can lean back against it. It is perfect for this. There were some times I questioned if it was working because it would heat up and then get cool to the touch. But it is still working so far. I have not run it past 2 because it gets very warm.

Lovvvve this. It turns off after about 2 hrs and you don’t have to have the highest setting for it to get nice and warm. I like how long it is to wrap around the body or legs.

Rcv’d on 12/5/2022. Quit working today, 4/5/2023. When you turn it on, it turns itself off within 10 minutes. I have never turned it higher than warm or low. I want a replacement. It was not a cheap heating pad.And your 10-12 days is up. Is ANYONE going to reply to the fact that this so called lifetime warranty, crapped out in four months? If you aren’t going to replace it, I want a refund NOW. It wasn’t cheap.I am getting no response from you. The heating pad was not washed and was stored on the top shelf in the linen closet. Tried to use it today and it didn’t get hot or even warm! I purchased two and my son’s is working great. I switched cords but it still didn’t work. Very disappointed! Tried to contact seller but that wasn’t an option.
