I have been taking this for well over a year now and ran out, so I wasn’t taking it for a few days and I immediately felt the aches in my joints. These work too good! Get your blood checked if you take these daily. Mine was 120 after 6 weeks! It took another 3 weeks after stopping to get my levels in upper normal range again at 90. The difference is the coconut oil added very effective!

I like the fact that it’s a high dose amount with k2 , and it’s a good quantity. 1 bottle will last 2 people around 4 months. It has a pleasant coconut smell from the oil and you only need to take one.Negatives (kinda): I took a blood test but I had previously not been taking it as diligently so it wasn’t the best representation, but my levels were still slightly higher. Hard to see benefits as I have other health issues, but I think it’s doing what it’s supposed to. Once I get confirmation, it could easily be 5*Other Gripe is the price keeps going up, but it’s still a good value at 250 softgels

I like this coconut oil formulation for teeth.
I use K2 to strengthen weak teeth and the extra D won’t hurt. This formulation with coconut oil seems to give me better results compared to brands with seed oils.

Start one week ago – will see the result. I like it’s very small and cute pills , smell lightly coconut – very nice. My sleep is better last few days Donno if it’s connected to vitamins or not.

I had low Vitamin D levels and tired many different products but this product is effective. I used for 3 months daily 1 dose and then saw my Vitamin D levels come to normal. Highly recommended and bio available and had no side effects. However the above effects can vary from person to person which you may need to comsider.
