This was an Amazon recommendation. It freezes well and stays cold for over an hour. The reduction in swelling was noticeable when this foot wrap was used. It can also be microwaved for a heat wrap. Easy to clean. Stays secure. Worth every dollar.

Perfect after a PT day.
I had ankle surgery and needed to ice it often post-rehab. It’s the perfect amount of cold when wearing a sock. I have having some nerve sensitivity after my surgery so anything too cold bothered me so the sock helped. It lasts a while out the freezer but be mindful to not use it for too long in one sitting. Super easy to use, comfortable, and a great design with the two strap locations. It secures it very well. It’s not heavy and is great when just sitting with your foot propped up. Great quality overall and glad I found it.

Saved my puffy pregnancy feet
It was the summer of 2025. I was in my third trimester. My feet had swollen to unsightly and uncomfortable levels. I didn’t have the energy (or ability, really) to bend over and carry an ice bath for my feet to the living room every day, so I was excited to see these and ordered them immediately. I had a pretty good feeling I’d like them, as my husband had gotten a comfytemp pack for his back and I like how well it stayed cooled and molded to the body. They are definitely a level above what you’ll find in stores.These booties absolutely saved my life! The one downside is fabric on the outside can start to smell a bit funky if you leave them in the freezer. Also, if you are like me and leave your ice packs in the freezer indefinitely so they’re ready to go when needed, you’ll want to wear socks so your feet don’t get too cold. But ahh, it was such a treat to pop these on at the end of a hot summer’s day.

It is super cold when you initially put it on, but they work great. I wear a Women’s size 11 and it fits well with my feet.I have bilateral Achilles tendonitis and after PT, the ice is a godsend. It helps with the swelling and pain.

Perfect for icing feet, ankles, Achilles
Suffering from Achilles tendinitis led me to have a surgery to repair damage from the friction caused by the inflammation. Post op instructions are to elevate and ice multiple times per day. These secure by Velcro straps allowing for the pack to stay in place while elevated. They hold their temperature for a long time. If you’re outside and it’s warm enough the pack melts quicker so I would use it inside for optimal icing conditions.

Ice cold & effective, but leaked after a few months
Has many great qualities: gets ICE cold and stays that way for at least 45 minutes. Great coverage of the whole foot and ankle. Using it once a day really helped with my Plantar Fascitis and PTTD. However, the only problem I had is the material ripped and started leaking gel after a few months of use. I’m not sure if walking on my foot with it on from time-to-time caused that to happen or if it’s just a cheap material.

Best Boot Ever
I severely sprained my ankle. This boot was a game changer because it wrapped around the top of the foot as well as the ankle. That enabled the swelling to go down. I definitely recommend this boot. It’s was comfortable and there was no leakage. You do need to wear a sock when you use it.
