My 7yo loves reading and writing and she and I do her journal before bed. It gives her time to reflect and talk about what’s on her mind. I love the bonding time with her. It has helpful writing prompts for tough feelings that she can reference later on. I love this format for kids!

I paid $57 Aud for this book. It appeared large and full of great content. It’s as small as a paperback book and something you could buy at Kmart for $4.Unfortunately this is a con. Targeted at people trying to help their families.Posting back the the US to return would cost just as much. Unfortunately I’ll have to suck this one up, but pllllleeeeaasseee don’t buy from these people.
