Great alternative to Dr.Berg’s Prenatal vitamins. The vitamin tastes horrible once it immediately touched your tongue. HOWEVER , it is a big bang for your buck.

This has an odd aftertaste that is pretty hard to miss even if you swallow it as quickly as possible. It does, however get the job done.

I think I’ve puked every time I’ve taken them.I’m not pregnant, and I can take literally a handful of vitamins with out puking have for years multiple times a day.Here I thought I’d be able to cut back the amount I was paying for high quality individual supplements, that add up over time.When I was pregnant I worked for Whole Foods, they gave me pre natal vitamins. Not these, but I couldn’t remember what it was because of the pregnancy brain at the time. But let me tell you- if someone who manages a vitamin dept at a Whole Foods doesn’t give you 365 brand. It’s obviously for a reason.Anyway, good luck.

Good source of high folate
This has the highest folate in a prenatal vitamin I could find… and it doesn’t make me nauseous or any of the other side effects with prenatals… good vitamin.

Picked these up from Whole Foods because I wasn’t happy with the ones I purchased from target. They are comparable to prescription vitamins I have had in the past. They don’t offend me with the taste either. I will purchase again.
