Effective and instant heat!
My teen says these are a life saver for the first few days of her cycle! Easy to apply and discreet and brings instant comfort and heat for cramps. I wish these existed when I was starting out on that part of life! I have them on auto ship! They are a main staple with all the menstrual cycle needs! Instant relief! Last a long time and effective.

These work great! I love that I can have a heating pad on my belly all day and no one knows. They stay in place, stay warm for hours, and really help with my cramps. Highly recommend!

Stays warm a long time!
The heat retention on this product is great. They last about 6 to 8 hours. I buy these specifically for my back because they’re larger than the back heat pads. The thing I do not like about these is the adhesive is meant to stick on your clothing while the other adhesive products stick on your skin. For me I move around too much and so this makes the product move around on my back, keeping it from targeting right where I need it. Overall, though I would say this is a great product and definitely more value for the money versus the generic of the same style.

Not bad, helps with cramps.
The instructions say not to put it directly on your skin but on your underwear. Now, it does warm up and you do feel it. Is it super hot or even really warm no but it is warm? Yes. It’s helped me with my period so it works decent enough for me.

The pads arrived on time, in good condition. I actually didn’t need them for period pain, but instead for my knee (strained a ligament). I find this size & shape works well for different parts of the body

On-the-go cramp relief
My favorite option for on-the-go heat pain relief on my period. Sometimes you can’t waste away in bed with a heating pad and that’s where these come into play! I suffer from pretty heavy cramping on my period and these make leaving the house just a little bit easier. They stick well, stay warm and last as long as they claim.

do not be fooled by the photograph outside of the package.
I bought these because I saw the photograph on the front end although I don’t need them for period pain it looked like they would be large enough to help me with my back right or my shoulder blades are. Unfortunately, the picture on the front of this package shows that these go inside of the underwear so how was I to know that you have to wear them outside the underwear? It is false advertisement. I can’t imagine sticking them to a shirt and them staying exactly where they need to be. Don’t be fooled by the picture the directions say do not stick them to your skin so I wouldn’t for the ladies who need them for cramping during their menstrual cycle and who wear snug or fitting panties, these would work, but you have to stick on the outside of your panty, so those panties have to be thinner if you want the heat
