I have been rotating Zammex Marine Collagen Peptides Powder in my daily routine for over a year now (I also use another brand of marine collagen).After doing extensive research on the benefits of collagen, as a woman over 50, I felt it necessary to add this to my daily routine. This sounds crazy and if I had not seen it with my own eyes, I’m not sure I’d have believed it from others. I absolutely noticed a difference with the texture of my skin. The dry, cracked looked of the skin on my arms and legs, that went away and my skin ‘smoothed out.’There have been a few times when I have gone off of the collagen and that was an eye opener for me as to the results I had gained from taking this. When I have gone off of the collagen, I experienced a lot more aches and pains throughout my body (getting older is not for the weak!), I would lose more hair when I washed it and my nails would chip easily. The skin on my face started to ‘crackly.’The other brand of collagen I take has a sticky powder; this one is not. Nor does this brand clump; it dissolves 100%. I have the best results when I put the collagen in my cup BEFORE I put the HOT water in (it dissolves best in hot water). As someone who does not like fish (I despise the smell and the taste), IMO this does not have a fishy smell or taste. I take this collagen with my mushroom coffee, a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (another health benefit for me-it can be a blood thinner so look into it before you take this is in large doses) and SoDelicious French Vanilla creamer. It’s really good and a great way to start and end my day.Last year when I first got on collagen, I started taking it once a day. After about a month in, I upped it to twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. Yes, it does get pricey but I can not put a price on the benefits I reap from collagen.The best testament in how valuable Zammex Marine Collagen Peptides Powder is to my body, I will share that I am a vegan. While I will never take the bovine collagen, I am committed to this product due to the clear and present results I experience when I take it regularly.I absolutely recommend this for folks that are getting older, if you have aches and pains and if you are interested in replacing your depleting collagen.

So here’s the deal! I’ve tried several marine collagen products, even ones significantly more expense. By more expending I mean double the price and this is my favorite! There is no “fishy” taste. I add to my morning coffee. It dissolves easily with no taste. I find it helps with joint pain and thicker nails. I have had knees and I think it takes the edge off. Not a cure but does help. I have it on automatic monthly shipping if that tells you anything!

I’m a pescatarian as well as dairy-free so I was looking for a source of collagen that is derived from ocean life as opposed to land life. This product delivers that while having the benefit of both Type I and Type III, which some other marine collagen brands do not have.The plastic jar was well sealed, having both a plastic seal around the lid and a peel-off paper seal beneath the lid, and includes a scoop inside.The powder itself is mostly fragrant free (at least to me) and dissolves easily in both cold and hot liquids. I tested it with room temperature water, hot tea and cold almond milk. Personally, I use it in my protein shake, mixing the collagen with my unflavored plant-based protein powder and unflavored almond milk, along with some blueberries and a small scoop of peanut butter. Very yummy!I have no complaints with this brand and would recommend it to anyone looking for marine collagen. I have no reason to switch to another product and will continue to order this one.
