Great for hormone balance
I take Pure Encapsulations 5mg (the lowest brand available, I take just one 5 mg tablet mid-day it is perfect. I feel more alert, and have more natural energy, hope my DHEA levels will improve. Pure Encapsulations has quality ingredients, it is the best. I highly recommend this product!!!

I’m on month 5- and have hair growth
I’ve been using this for a while – I switched from Mary Ruth because of the cost – these have the same active ingredient and a pill form is easier for me to remember and take. I have so much new hair growth sticking out at my part and in front where it was really thinning. I’m very happy and highly recommend. I am 55 and had hormone related hair loss but I don’t anymore:-)
